Warren Johnson Office Director

Originally from Moultrie, Georgia, Warren attended The University of Georgia for his undergraduate degree in consumer journalism and public relations. Warren began his career in real estate sales as office director at CJ&L in May 2011. He previously worked at The Georgia Center for Continuing Education and at The Classic Center here in Athens, Georgia.

Outside the office, Warren freelances as print and web designer. He enjoys cooking, traveling and spending time outdoors. Warren lives in East Athens.

Paige Perritt Assistant Property Manager

Paige is from Waycross, Georgia where she was born and raised. Paige began her career at CJ&L as an intern in 2010 and after completing her Bachelor of Family and Consumer Science in Housing and Residential Property Management at The University of Georgia, she joined the team full time as Assistant Property Manager. Paige is highly skilled at showing and leasing student and residential properties in the Athens area. She makes herself available for tenants throughout the leasing process and continues to maintain a friendly and professional relationship during their time with the company.

Paige is an avid dog lover and loves to travel. She lives in the Five Points District of Athens.

Jake Wright Property Management Intern

Jake was born and raised in Roswell, GA and attended The University of Georgia where he majored in Housing and Residential Property Management and minored in Consumer Economics . Jake began his career at CJ&L as an intern in Fall 2010. Jake has since worked for CJ&L showing properties and assisting the property manager and assistant property manager in day-to-day tasks.

Jake’s experience in property management extends beyond Athens as much of his family practices real estate in the Greater Atlanta Area.

Outside of the office, Jake is involved as academic chair of his fraternity and is a part of UGA HEROs as a member of the Corporate Relations Committee in which he was named a 2011 Rising Leader.
