Mary Catherine Blanks Smith

Mary Catherine Blanks is an Athens native who was born and raised in Five Points, Athens, GA. She graduated from Athens Academy in 1993 and from Ole Miss in 1997 with a degree in marketing. Mary Catherine worked for a financial firm for 5 ½ years, and she has been selling residential real estate in Athens, GA since 2004. She has a wealth of experience working with first-time homebuyers and experienced homebuyers. Mary Catherine has strong marketing and negotiating techniques for sellers of all properties, and is well-versed in the Athens market. Additionally, she is excellent at staging homes as she also works with Cullen and Co. as a designer. She resides in Five Points with her son and daughter, and she is active with the Women’s Council of Realtors. Mary Catherine enjoys tennis, running, and physical activity, and her children are actively involved in AUSA Soccer.
