    Originally from Stone Mountain, Georgia, Sarah attended the University of Georgia for her undergraduate degree in education. After studying abroad at Oxford University in Oxford, England, Sarah returned back to Athens and taught middle school for four years.

    After leaving her teaching career in Oconee County, Sarah joined a national brokerage firm and was named their Newly Licensed Agent of the Year for 2003. Sarah, Christy and Stephanie left the national brokerage firm to form CJ&L in 2005. Sarah obtained her broker’s license in 2006 and has acted as managing broker since.

    Sarah has served as a member of the Public Relations committee for the Athens Area Association of Realtors. She was involved in the committee to help build the World of Wonder playground at Southeast Clarke Park, the largest community-built playground in the state of Georgia. Sarah also was head of the Business Relations Committee for the Make a Wish Foundation for the Athens area for 2004 and 2005 and serves on the advisory committee for the Northeast Georgia Make a Wish Foundation. She currently resides in Athens with her husband and daughter and attends Emmanuel Episcopal Church.

    Originally from Athens, Georgia, Christy attended Georgia State University where she obtained a BBA in Finance. She started her real estate career in south Georgia selling large tracts of land, commercial/investment property, and residential property. She also managed both commercial and residential investment properties. In 2003 Christy returned home to Athens to practice real estate sales. Christy obtained her broker’s license in 2005

    Christy has served as a member of the Athens Women in Business, the Athens Clarke County Mentor Program, and the Jeannette Rankin Committee. She volunteers her time at Saint Joseph Catholic School, the Athens Farmers Market and The Athens Homeless Center. Christy attends St. Joseph Catholic Church with her three Daughters. Christy is a member of the 2006 LEAD Athens team.

    An Athens native, attended the University of Georgia for her undergraduate degree. She received her law degree from Cumberland School of Law in Birmingham, Alabama and further completed an environmental law program at the University of Victoria, British Columbia. Stephanie went on to work in Juneau, Alaska with The Office of the Public Defender.

    Upon her return to Athens, Georgia, Stephanie practiced law and shortly thereafter made the shift to real estate sales. Stephanie was the number one residential sales agent in Georgia with a national brokerage firm, with her sales volume exceeding twenty-seven million dollars in one year. Stephanie specializes in residential and commercial condominium sales.

    Stephanie is active in the community as a sponsor of the Oconee River Land Trust and the Athens-Clarke Heritage Foundation. Stephanie has also served as the coordinator of the Habitat for Humanity Small Projects Group and as a volunteer for the Council on Aging Adult Daycare Center and for Meals on Wheels.

    Mary Catherine Blanks is an Athens native who was born and raised in Five Points, Athens, GA. She graduated from Athens Academy in 1993 and from Ole Miss in 1997 with a degree in marketing. Mary Catherine worked for a financial firm for 5 ½ years, and she has been selling residential real estate in Athens, GA since 2004. She has a wealth of experience working with first-time homebuyers and experienced homebuyers. Mary Catherine has strong marketing and negotiating techniques for sellers of all properties, and is well-versed in the Athens market. Additionally, she is excellent at staging homes as she also works with Cullen and Co. as a designer. She resides in Five Points with her son and daughter, and she is active with the Women’s Council of Realtors.     Luis and Veronica were born in Venezuela, and they moved to Athens in 2001. Together they bring a wealth of experience in Real Estate. Luis, a third generation real estate developer, has over 14 years of global real estate development, consulting and construction experience.
